Frequently Asked Questions

Should I start with Run, Dry Run, or Scan?

For a new or changed job, start with Dry Run or Scan. Use Run only when the configuration is ready for real changes.

What is the difference between a connector and a remote?

Connector is the general product idea. The User Interface label is Remotes.

Do remotes belong to one project only?

No. Remotes are tenant-level and can be reused across multiple projects.

Why is a mode button disabled on the job page?

That usually means the same run mode is already queued, running, or canceling for that job.

Does Scan use allowance?

No. Scan and Dry Run are non-live planning modes and do not consume data allowance.

Where should I go when a scan shows issues?

Use Scan Results and Remediation, then follow up with Runs and Monitoring if you queue helper actions.
